Mark Spybey is a longtime UK anarchist sound/noise/experimental musician. His main project has been Dead Voices On Air since the 1980s, but he was also in Download (with Cevin Key of Skinny Puppy), zoviet france, Reformed Faction. Explicit in Purpose is part memoir, part poetry and part manifesto for outsider artists.
